Please ensure that you read the Covid 19 information below before attending a church service.

Please do not come to the church if you or anyone in your household has a fever, new cough or loss of taste/smell.

Do not come to church if you have been contacted by NHS Test and Trace and told to self-isolate.

You MUST wear a face covering while you are in the building, unless you are exempt or aged under 11. 

There will be a church steward on hand to welcome you, when you arrive. The steward will make a note that you have arrived*.

* The church's NHS QR code is displayed at each entrance for you to use if you are using the NHS Test and Trace App. In order to support the NHS Test and Trace programme, we are request that you supply contact details (name and telephone number) so we can keep a note of everyone who attends for 3 weeks. This will be done in accordance with GDPR (Data Protection). If you would like a copy of how this specifically applies to the measure we have put in place copies, will be available from the steward.

After you have been to church if you, or anyone in your household develops a fever, new cough or loss of taste/ smell, or if you are contacted by NHS Test and Trace, please telephone 01753 543097, you should also call NHS 111 for help and advice.
